Since its inception in 1997 by Mr Madhav Limaye, who founded the Consultancy Firm - Madhav Limaye & Associates which is arguably one of the first in Pune city. Subsequently Madhav Limaye Consulting LLP was established which has shown a resolute inclination towards fulfilling diverse needs of the Construction Industry. With our contribution to allied facets, we have etched a distinctive reputation in versatile fields. Our name stands synonymous with highest quality standards and unshakable commitment, backed by proficiency and perseverance. With persistently evolving systems, we have grasped the right nerve of the field. This has further driven us in providing personalised, innovative, and enduring solutions to our Clientele.

Our undertakings, evidently, are widely distinguished and very well renowned. Since our inception in 1997, we have successfully handled over 100+ projects all over Maharashtra in the past 22 years amounting to over 15+ million sq ft. Our expertise is in all segments — Private Residences, Residential Complex, Commercial - IT Complex, and Industrial — thereby giving us vast exposure to various dynamics and specific requirements of each segment. Our projects, over the years, have been awarded various prizes; AESA, CREDAI, BAI and CNBC – ASIA to name a few.
